AUDITION/MEET & GREET
When planning your event, itʼs important that youʼre comfortable with the professionals handling it. To ensure weʼre a good fit, we traditionally meet with prospective couples or clients locally at a coffeehouse or restaurant. For couples out of state or non-local, we use many types of video conferencing tools to accommodate you.
BOOK US!
Once youʼve made your decision to work with us, the official booking process begins. Weʼll draft the contract and send it to you for review. A simple flat retainer fee of $100.00 will secure the date for you along with the signed contract.
HOLD THE DATE / QUESTIONS
After the audition, weʼll hold the date for 24 hours and allow you some time to think of additional questions for us.
PLANNING BEGINS!
Our onboarding guide is sent to you and weʼll set up your custom online planner app. Youʼll receive direct contact information to reach out at any point and discuss details about your event. Depending on your date, over the next few weeks or months weʼll work together to develop ideas and song lists, and answer any questions you have.
FINAL CONSULTS
Weʼll conduct a final consult 1-3 weeks before your date to finalize the intricate details of your event. At this point weʼll have a beautiful picture of how everything will flow, sound and feel. A few days before your event weʼll touch base again to check on any changes that may have occurred.
